Curb appeal refers to how appealing a home or property is from the perspective of a passerby who is standing ‘at the curb’. Any passerby may be a customer, either a resident of the community or a prospective resident. The appeal of your apartment community can be the deciding factor in whether you gain or keep a resident. Curb appeal includes thinking about how every aspect of your community will appear upon closer inspection.
