When it comes to workplace violence, many people think to themselves, “It can’t happen here.” And, in fact, most of us will never experience large, headline-grabbing incidents at work, and that’s good. But workplace violence takes many forms so chances are, it can happen anywhere. Be prepared by learning what is workplace violence, who might commit it, how to recognize potentially harmful or violent situations, and how to respond in the moment.
