Safety Series: Preventing Slips, Trips and Falls

Anyone who lives in, works at or visits a multifamily community can be at risk for slips, trips and falls, whether through community negligence or personal error. All communities should have established protocols in place to prevent slips, trips and falls. This course provides an outline of the main risk factors and hazards involved in slips, trips and falls, and the safety measures communities can implement to prevent serious injury to team members, residents and guests.
