Although healthcare personnel are most likely to come into contact with bloodborne pathogens, team members in all industries must be aware of the risks and understand the proper protocol should exposure to bloodborne pathogens occur. This course provides an outline of OSHA’s bloodborne pathogen standard; the potential risks for multifamily industry team members; and the safety measures communities must implement to protect team members from health hazards caused by bloodborne pathogens.
